You make a bunch of moot notes.  Of course every investment is up against deadlines - stop the arbitrary psycho babble you think RR is going to wait until the 11th hour to negotiate...  talks are ongoing according to the last conference call.  They only reason for an appropriate investor to not buy shares right here is if you have facts and a mosaic that ( a distribution deal won’t get done) and you have no tea leaves suggesting any of the sort.  Was it “timely” for dr. Wong to post evidence of Getinge in field w VP4 as per LinkedIn?.... Yes so factor that in your cash burn 

Your analysis only makes sense if you’re either short and about to get run over (don’t worry there is a timeline as well) or you are simply projecting your FOMO with your Shark Tank analogy which is not apples to apples if any retail investor out there is reading this.  The bet here is whether a deal gets done or not.  R:R is skewed well to the upside given facts laid out by Dr. Wong and it’s not often a professional like him lays out such solid analysis.  Must be worth his “time”
