North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Formal bid?There are those that want the quick gain and those willing to wait and derive (with good probability) a higher gain.  Most importantly, time works in our favor.  UZ prep work is progressing.  Upcoming LZ drilling results should better define what's down there and it could be significant (altho a long way off).  Plus, I don't see anyone else maximizing the cashflow out of Bisha better than current mgmt.  NSU's value should continue to increase.  Smart buyers should recognize the growing value and if someone is aggressive enough now, they can get do a deal, but it needs to be at a price sufficiently high to convince shareholders to forgo future gain.  Personally my target is US$5.50/share.  At that price (or above) it would be a win-win.
