Because they spend wisely...
Because they are mostly debt free...
Because they keep finding more gold...
Because they are opening a new mine...
Because they will expand the production...
Because they the are backed by the big 3 or now 4...
Because they have discovered hg ore at Moroy...
Because they have a mill...
Because they have plenty of financial backing...
Because they can purchase nearby properties...
Because they have all required town infrastructure...
Because they could expand for profit or be up for sale...
Because the slow days are likely about done...
Because shareholders will have a huge pay day.
