RE:Financing

RE:FinancingI wouldn't put it that way. The company has many options and I believe they can complete financing however they're choosing not to do it and wait for terms as favorable as possible to the shareholders, RF included.

They can spin off difficult portions of the company and do all sorts of equity financing on that portion.

Build the SA mine until the DRC comes to their senses.

Here is something to to think about...
RF is playing the long game here.
Why keep drilling and proving up mines/reserves in the DRC?

Well, you either have everything ready when a reasonable solution is reached in the DRC
OR
you have increased the proof of what the DRC owes you in a court battle should the DRC attempt to just go in and take everything. (China could always stop such a scenario, pull some tricks to change the course of the DRC too)

If the 2nd were attempted, once anyone with power there found out what a SNAFU those in power pulled thereby loosing everything for the DRC there will be forced changes.

Does that mean Ivanhoe looses or just changes priority until conditions become more favorable?
