As for Kenya there is time limit and Essel won't do anything. Automatically Kenya block will be taken away by the gov. Chad? Gone long. Guinea? Gone, too, in my opinion. Liberia? They wasted more than a year since the new reconnaissance license and less than a year is left for them to do anything. They probably will have to apply for the extension. I doubt Lib gov will allow it.

What Essel should do is to concentrate on Liberia and speed up to get the PSC there. Chances are extremely slim, but that's the only hope.
