I can answer that.

They took their begging bowl out in an attempt to raise money in April with their new presentation. Of course, noone would give them a dime, which let to the holders of all that $.13 cent paper getting hammered out.

I guess they're trying again to raise some money. Terms wil be heavily dilutive at best, going to zero at worst.
