RE:Fwiw……...Why would PRB buy AZX ..... ?  PRB will have 70 % of Sleepy and 14 km of Cadillac Break.
AZX will still need to finance and who is going to give them anything ? Rollback 10 for 1 and finance or ......rollover to some one who is interested ? PRB can wait it out !
