Golly, factRbest, why would the market be losing faith with management? It's perfectly normal, isn't it:

1. To roll the dice with the shareholders' money and buy 100% of a company in the fond hope of being able to spin off 51% to a rather indifferent Goliath?

2. To set up a committee of independent directors to manage the takeover, chaired by a director who owns more than 500,000 shares of the target company?

3. For the BoD to grant themselves gobs of stock options and RSU's the day AFTER announcing the KDI takeover bid? What the heck is a blackout period anyway?

4. For the BoD to oust their CEO, one of the industry's leading executives, who enhanced the value of the company's property like nobody else could?

Just askin ... LOL

Don't have to tell me, I have been the most vocal about this scam before and after the vote.
I was the first to say that it was not over with the vote but beginning.

That said. When someone posts that institutions have sold and ARE NOT COMING BACK. I don't take that at face value. I verify. What I can find is saying it is not so. Will it happen in the future; who knows. I know cutting loose the DOTARDS that caused this will go a long way in calming the markets.
