RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ONE OF THE SPIN OUT COMPANIESIt has been explained to you already. The company PLUS Products has still not done their IPO. Much like TGOD had not either, until recently. Plus Products is NOT a shell. The two spin offs are pretty much a shell, until they go public. The holdings are VERY minimal. Extremely minimal. Hope this helps.. Again !
