Is it reasonable to assume that by now these 2 parties have been to court 
and EO has succeeded in blocking "any further actions that could damage
Alexandria until special meeting has taken place"??
So after the July 24 meeting, things will get interesting.  Looks like Probe
is ready (for something...), and it will be most interesting to see if AEM
allows Alexandria's Cadillac properties to be carved up.....
Just my opinion.
