Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:Aphria cashes up, let’s assess our metrics...Thats all you got????   I thought you had something of substance.

There was no self enrichment deal wiht Nuuvera.  The optics weren't good, but other than that no self enrichment.  Every Tom, Dyk and Harry made money, including you, if you held shares from last fall to February of this year.  Tell me... How much did they enrich themselves?  You msut have the number if you are going to make that type of accusation.

Yea, so bought deal was less than their last one.  So what?  What does that have to do with anything?  Please explain why a down raise is bad.  As long as the money is spent wisely and increases EBITDA incrementally than what are you complaining about?

More transparency on Options would be nice.  That fact that they didnt press rel;ease it didnt effect their busines model.

You still haven't raised any points about the article I posted.

First and fore most He leaves out the insider self enrichment deal they made with NUU or the Bought deal that is is 1.50- 1.75 less than their last bought deal. Last but not least their non transparency regarding options and not putting out a NR for their share holders to see. Do you want to start talking about Canabo and Kaly?
