Shorts....shorts......shorts...?

Shorts....shorts......shorts...?Shorts are over the place again...can't win! how they can smell the blood somewhere? I read carefully every line in the last quarter result, I did not find anything is seriously negative except the payout ratio rising (80%) and cash low margin is shrinking. And I expect the NCIB would roll out as soon as possible when management mentioned it recently.
Unfortunately, Easy said than done, there is nothing happened so far except a few drops from insiders. I believe there is a problem with Cash flow that not allows a buy back program immediately. Beyond that, there is no other factors can play out, because of no plan of expansion,no new development, no acquisition......so far....
I wish I can be in KWH accounting department to find out if cie generates enough revenue to get NCIB take place in first priority ...
Or, I must be missing something that shorts are ahead of me in one step...
I'm still hanging there for dividends but not happy at all the way KWH trades every day....now..
Good luck to all value investors!
