Granted it is a week old already and discussed on this board(superficially) and its a distraction from your hype machine speculation on the reason for positive trading today.

It didn't have much of an impact on SP so my question is this:

1) Something is wrong with the numbers do you know where?
2) These prefs were already factored into the market cap(doubtful)?
