I think we can expect to see a very soon upside surprise given the promised updated FS news THIS MONTH (next 2 weeks) and the last September FS, which states:....


"The economic model uses a 34% corporate tax rate [now waaay lower] and a 7.5% discount rate, resulting in an after-tax NPV of $135.8M and an IRR of 21.3% using an average base case price of $26.65/lb [now how much higher!] for contained cobalt in cobalt sulphate."....

Smart folks manipulating all around in very successful attempt to pick up really cheap shares in advance of the news--same old, same old--deep pockets/the one-percenters scare the little retail shareholders who are dazed by the the flash/bang and steal their shares from their quivering hands.  Sad.  All one can do is buy these cheap shares just like the manipulators, which is exactly what I did today.
