I'm sorry but your full of it..

David Hyde has an IMPECCABLE reputation and would NEVER say something like that about a company as even HE doesn't know who is getting a license ahead of everybody else.

If a rumour like that got spread around not only would it ruin his reputation, it would ruin his business.
