RE:of interest

RE:of interest   I think there is an AGM on Thursday .  Maybe some of this will come up .   I would like to hear something about Zancudo ..    Recently somebody posted a article about banning mining in the Antioquia province . FARC worked hard to turn the population against the mining companies . They wanted to extort the miners themselves . The FARC is gone and their leaders are in jail or have fled .  The provincial capital of Medellin is only 18 miles from the Zancudo project . It was voted one of the world`s most innovative cities . The area has a population of 3.7 million and they want all the high paying , safe jobs they can get .  I seriously doubt any right thinking government would close any mines . FARC was the group selling mercury to illegal miners . The legit mining co`s don`t use it and it is now banned .  The author of that article doesn`t live in Colombia and I`m sure has a suspicious motive .
