As a corporate capital acquisition broker i see nothing fishy here. Almost every deal i have done will surpass its timelines by weeks to months. when im accuiring a company through a brokered trade deal or hostile take over, the time lines are merely a nice thought. there are numerous factors at play and to think everything will always just work out perfectly is simply ignorance at its finest. i have been keeping quite here.. but some of the arguments i have been reading coming from the shortsellers are laughable at best. my favourite so far is you guys believe the notion the share price is ANY indication whatsoever about the validity and/or status of the capital investment at hand. a declining share price has nothing to do with what is going on with the investment... untill offical word has been given which explicitly states the deal has been forfeited, the deal is still a go regardless of what the share price is doing. I could spend all day debunking the rest of the crud being spread here but i dont have the time or phuks to give to do that. 

next time you have worked on a deal worth this much, then you can speak on the workings on a corporate investlent. my biggest deal to drecently was paladan labs iin 2013, sold for 1.6 billion... and yes the time lines were blown.
