MIC

MICI finally had a chance to read the MIC.  As my hopes for this company have dwindled, I thought I would look at our Rock Star BOD.  As reported in the MIC, Director comp for 2017 was $309,000.
of that, $63,000 went to the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Jim Boyle.  From his biography, Mr Boyle's business activities centre around his law practice.  I would like to know if Denton's is still our main goto for legal issues, or if that has changed.  I can't seem to find information on where our costs for legal are being directed.
The AGM is coming up.  I am looking forward to this meeting and plan to ask a few questions.  As shareholders, we deserve answers as to what is going on with the strategic review.  With the stock trading in the 2-3 cent range, we need answers!
