Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

This could be delta nine.

Interesting that the CSE listing was not mentioned.

That might be because such a listing would not be needed, should Nine acquire BLVD centers.

Such would not be  a bad move for Nine, as it would diversify its busniness model which would separate it from the rest of the MJ stocks and provice a lab and dispensaties for its planned expansiuon into the US medical cannabis and CBD infused products for which Altus would be the brand name.

Plus, these centers are now free cash flowing and medical cannabis could be used as alternative solutions to opiod addiction.
