no volume as of 10:47

no volume as of 10:47seems like the (welcome) news from yesterday has acted like anything but a catalyst.

closure is one thing, but i suspect the news of additional float and the excessively (yes, excessively) complex verbiage therein likely has a few scratching their heads (i know i scratched mine for a bit)

as a side-note, i've always been confused about who's written the private-placement NRs for Hilltop/BigWind; seems like this person either doesn't know much about paragraph-spacing or purposely lumps a whole pile of text together to invite frustration.

today (if i got the dates right) is the last holding day of the $0.35 and $0.60 raises and those shares become free-trading tomorrow (along with the $0.40 and $0.70 warrants attached)

let us hope there is some newsflow in play to go along with the closure of this second transaction.
