RE:Give us something RB...I completely disagree, at this stage (as a shell status), they have been a lot more active with their investor relations than a lot of small-cap active companies.

During a halt, you'll never/rarely see a company communicating with his shareholders. I think that they really didn't file their financials. I don't believe they are working on a deal (which I hope I'm wrong). It can take months/years before a deal is closed.

Let's just enjoy summer and hope for the best!!
