C3BTT, exactly, the bottom line. If management is not buying, conversely selling anything they are granted as options, it sends a message to the rest of us that management does not expect the SP to increase, in the near term anyhow.  I would have thought that the current oil prices were high enough to generate some expansion in drilling and growth. It's a disappointing picture.
