Well this is what I understand. Basically they are going to have to prove damages in their up coming lawsuit against GSLR. They will have to prove that GSLR went against the law on informing the CPTAQ that they did not approve their permit. If they win, they will be able to use that in September in their appeal to the CPTAQ and they could be awarded damages for expenses and loss of income. If they lose, they are left to appeal. If that fails have no hope swaying the CPTAQ to change their decision and the Miller Project is done and the company will have to develop their other projects but with no money they with either have to borrow or issue more shares dilluting an already rock bottom share price.
Another brighter possiblity is that the motion set forth by the CPTAQ be denied and CCB will still be able to go in front of the QAT to argue that the CPTAQ reopen their application. That probably won't happen but we could be hopeful. We will see on or before the 22nd of June.
