1. Just for curiorsity, what lawsuit do you have in mind, against EO for causing all these troubles?
Along the same line, since EO's action (e.g. arranging financing without the approval of the BoD has been reported to the OSC, perhaps someone could follow up to see what the OSC has initiated any action on this file).

2. One of the key claims, in a phone conversation or at public/private? meetings in Montreal and Ottawa? was that EO was reported to have told people that he had the support of AEM plus a few others. The major one is AEM with 8%OS. Could someone (an AEM shareholder would carry more weight) contact AEM by phone to verify this claim?
