I don't believe that you will need to continue to hold HPQ shares in order to receive the BGF shares in piecemeal fashion. I think we'll be entitled to all BGF shares as of the date of record, depending on HPQ shares owned, and will then receive them over the course of several time intervals to prevent too much selling of the shares immediately after the spin-off occurs.
