Other Segment includes certain corporate activities, investments including a joint venture that owns and operates electric vehicle fast charging stations across Ontario under the Ivy Charging Network brand, and the operations of the Company’s telecommunications business. The Company’s subsidiaries include Hydro One Inc., Hydro One Networks Inc., and Hydro One Sault Ste. Marie LP.

Do you know if the deal goes thru whether we can cash in the IR or do we need to convert to stock. Also since the strike price is well above the current price do you think they will lower conversion price in order to get the IR converted to stock assuming the deal goes thru? Thanks.
