I’m just referencing the press release about the agreement with iConect, and I investigated that iConect is run by Jon Gill.  I didn’t see any disclosure in the press release that Jon Gill was running this company. It appears complaints should be filed against this crooked CEO, who obviously was removed for a reason. Perhaps he was not running the company, or was doing illegal stuff by not disclosing?
