RE:RE:Lets get rid of the CEOThe one thing this CEO has implemented is a set of goals and timelines for this compnay that were always lacking. That was the first thing that impressed me when I met him. I know nothing about running a large business such as a biotech and he does. I cant see how you can negotiate any type of deals if you are expected to keep stock holders aprised of absolultey every move that is made. NO company will deal with you when most of these negotiations are to be done behind closed dooors with no details emerging to alert the competitors.
Actaully alot of science has been validtaed for this company in the past 3 years and its all positive . No failures all moving ahead. THis group has accomplished a tremendous amount of work since they started a new compnay in 2015
It is tremendous that the FDA is thinking of fast tracking the approval process , but is there the possibility that clincials will be done somewhere other than the USA.. I wou;d say this is more of a possibility then most would think. Has anyone considered that PMN may commence clincials earlier than what is on the timeline. Isnt easier and alos inst it more appealing to the market if bring something forward instead of setting a date to early and then having to move back the implementation.
THe one think that I know the CEo and Baord have maintained ... we will not make a deal just for the sake of making a deal. A few people know thatright now the compnay has a real concern in how to disperse its holdings. If offers have been made ... are they just for the AD program which would be quite a bit of money or is the offer for the whole company, which would have to be a substantial amount of money .. because this would now included the ALS, PD , vCjd , and the sceintific platforms which are viewed as dealing with numerous more diseases. Over the year the board and the two sceintific officers ( who will have the most to say about their science) have discussed the various scenerios and what is minimum the company will take.
goldech... you message has sometimes been lost because if you look at your history.. all you do is spend your energy tryin to get rid of the ceo and board ...why not do what I did ... go back and just cut and paste commnets you have made since 2010.. might save you time...

There is a plan in place and of course that plan takes time to impliment, so relax and do not speculate that Hans has any motives about taking this Company private. As you know, we are about to be featured on a U.S. television show and that is the start of the plan. We cannot even consider a U.S. listing at this point and for that matter we do trade on the TSE, not the TSX and U.S. investors can purchase our shares with ease, but first they have to know about us.

CEO NEEDS HELP
If our CEO thinks that this is adding shareholder wealth then he needs a reality check. Since he stated he hired a pr guy to spread the good word and that the Americans have not been told the story and when they do they will buy big time, our stock price has eroded steadily. Our message to the shareholders on the AMF website is from last year, what is Gundel doing besides nothing?

Yes this CEO is pathetic and could not find a good deal if he looked it in the eye. We must all complain to the board that we need someone with some experience and guts to go out and find deals not hjust talk about how great things are. This guy will run us into debt and dilute the stock that nobody will make a dime.

I suggest we formulate a formal petition to the Board and tell them this CEO has to be given the right to further his career at McDonalds and not the CEO of a Biotech that purports to having cutting edge technology that NOBODY WANTS. Lets give him the Christmas present that he is going to give to you, NOTHING.

HOW A CEO BUNGLED THE COMPANY
Now you all can see how incompetent this guy is and why he needs the boot. He took this Company into the worst shape since it started and blames everyone and every Company for his mistakes. I believe even a blind man can see he has to get the boot and if they dont then they are blind as well. I would suggest that we attract a CEO with credibility and notoriety that is known in the industry, not someone who could not put together a cheese burger. Big pharmaceuticals laughed at us with this CEO.

Be warned this group of bandits are about to try to steal as many cheap shares as they can. Just a note , the science is overwhelming and these bandits know it ,but they want stock for nothing and are about to screw the shareholders. I hope you stockholders can band together and call an extraordinary meeting and replace them all, except the Chief scientific officer, we need him.
