Firstly Marykegeorge is not me. I think that has been made clear enough.

You have asked more than one question but happy to answer.

Arbitration is the dispute resolution path we have agreed to follow. Obviously both parties are seeking a just award and our ideas differ in respect to that.

I don't see this arbitration as a huge issue for Cougar. Its an unnecessary expense in my view, but Cougar will defend itself and stand for its rights.

Finally Cougar has other projects to work on. If WE lose the arbitration - which we obviously think won't be the case - then we will survive and move on.

Now - how about that challenge?
