As far as "Skin in the game" I have checked Management Information Circular dated April 2, 2018. Among all 10 directors, the Chairman held 227k shares + 65k DSU (Deferred Share Units). This was followed by CEO with 97k shares + Nil DSU. The rest held relatively few shares and one director had NIL.
Polar Asset Management held for his clients about 2.5 million shares and $24.7 million Convertible Debenture. And there is another major shareholder who retired US$10 of senior notes for about 7 million shares (May 2 news release). So it looks like there are people with a lot of skin in the game and the management's role is operational and not necessary long term strategy.
