RE:RE:News just releasesd. Today's news release -  Share count: 338,603,220

"Fortune is in discussions with a number of companies interested in participating in the development of the NICO Project and/or securing a reliable Canadian and ethical supply of cobalt. The Company has entered into approximately 30 confidentiality agreements with potential strategic partners from diverse business sectors."

August 26th 2105 news release - Share count: 222,077,580

"Fortune is engaged in discussions with a number of companies interested in off-take purchase of the metals and chemicals that are planned to be produced from the NICO project. The Company is also advancing discussions with potential partners to secure project financing for the proposed development. Confidentiality agreements have been executed with globally recognized firms and discussions are leveraging the positive outlook for cobalt needed to make rechargeable batteries used in portable electronic devices, electric vehicles, and stationary storage cells."

Almost three years later and a 52.57% increase in issued shares and we're getting a cut and paste vague message about the same old hopes and dreams. The beauty of confidentiality agreements is they can just keep throwing them out there without having to provide anything concrete about them. What the hell does approximately 30 confidentiality agreements mean? They can't give an exact number?

"In order to allow for the flexibility of selling metal concentrates directly from the mine, Fortune has instructed Hatch to adjust the engineering design and move the bulk concentrate regrind circuit and secondary flotation concentration process back to the Northwest Territories site"

In other words management has once again shifted its focus and changed up their plans, which will to no ones surprise further delay the technical report.

"Other than the afore-mentioned changes to the design engineering, the Technical Report for the mine and concentrator portions of the report is nearing completion"

Sure it is, sure it is.....
