I SAID IT As I said, ALA needs asset sale, close the deal and div. increase or a 1 time div for the acquistion.

ALA, still needs 1 more asset sale to happen for total buy in. It will happen. 

Does anyone think ALA will offer a 1 time Div to share holders once deal is complete? Would that not be interesting? What would that do to the stock?

Mid 30's are coming .. patience.
