I can't find where, but I remember Tony saying recently that financing will be announced mid-June. In the final short form prospectus, dated March 20, 2018, it states, "secure project financing of $100,000,000 by June 30, 2018. The Company anticipates it will secure this financing through a combination of debt, mezzanine and equity financing."

So no matter what, regardless of formal legalization, it sounds like Sunniva wants and expects the financing to be completed before July. My expectation is that it will occur on Tuesday or Wednesday of this coming week.
