The junior gold stock market, like other markets, could hardly be called "efficient."
Maple's gold in the ground is selling at $11.00 the ounce which translates into $0.16 the share. This gives a ridiculously low market share. At the same time, we have NOVO sitting at $4.22 per share. Which one is priced properly? Neither. Maple is grossly UNDERpriced while NOVO is OVERpriced.
As shareholders wake up and properly price the and other junior golds, they will move more towards equilibration.
Until then, I am a buyer of Maple and were I a holder of NOVO, I would be selling.
