Something is definitely up based on what's happening

Something is definitely up based on what's happening

Volume past few days much higher than average.

No NCIB buying since early April with the 69,400 shares in Q1 ONLY in 2018. This is beyond peanuts and no effect on sustaining SP. Why buy back shares if a potential takeover? Waste of cash deployment. They would have bought more in mid $ 23s...but nothing happened.

No insiders selling. Period. Nor buying (most important point) which means they are in lock-up phase.

Huge SP appreciation in a short-time frame. This GDXJ rebalancing supposed to be June 15th...zero effect as Proud italian's thesis was quashed.

No news releases since Q1 Financials besides Novo purchases of Artemis' shares...big deal really and irrelevant.

Something is definitely up and I am sure there are interested parties doing Due Diligence or about to make an offer in the next couple of weeks.

Yes people scream KL should remain independent, but it has had a HUGE run since $ 3 CAD now at $ 26.70 CAD. If shareholders can get $ 40 CAD +, of course the funds like Van Eck, etc. will take the premium and call it a day. People will have made a 1000 % return + in just a few years.

Sorry this is just realism...definitely there are parties who want KL's jewels.
