And, at your own admission, Gutfelt, you have no sense to do any research. Just a bump on a log, wanting others to do the heavy lifting for you. Yet b!tch, b!tch, b!tch!! Sick of you, and the silly posse that makes up this board. Losers, all of you. Lose all your money. No skin off my a$$. You, dude, are so on your own....bye bye... :-)
Finally got you asking that question again, gutfelt/harperhater/predawn.
Go to Sedar, as I did, and go back through Canopys early NRs. About six months after they went public, there was a NR that stated Chuck was stepping down as President, to allow a "better man" to step in. Chuck did step down. And was replaced by ------- whoever it is that is now Pres. It was not until over a month later that Chuck RESIGNED! He was not fired, was not sacked, did not rip off the company...he was up against smaller minds, as this was in 2014, and legal recreation was not even on the radar, Trudeau was not even promising to legalize it, nor was the election called, yet, for him to add that idea to his plank. Medical was the only play going at the time, and the "big" minds at Canopy (Tweed, at the time, new out of the box) were only thinking small, about medical only. He left, because, as you so astutly point out, he is a Liberal...with all the connections that that implys, at the time. He was being a visionary, Linton, and the board, were looking up their a$$holes, and not seeing the coming light. Chuck was far, far ahead of their puny vision. That is all. Okay? nuff said. Go pore through the back story of Tweed, read it all, Mutt. Now, shut your face!
