RE:Shorting should be illegal. PeriodI disagree - I have no issue with being able to make the same amount regardless of direction. It has nothing to do with you or my fellow investors. The company needs to take some of the responsbility however - as it's difficult to accurately value these marijuana companies right now- and if you ask them they can all do no wrong and will only succeed. Reality will strike sooner than later imo... for as bullish as i am on ICC, i still maintain 80-90% of these companies with 100+ million valuations will be at $0 in the next few years. Take advantage whereever you can IMO. Who cares if its going up down or sidways - just trade it!
