RE:RE:I'm sharing info, why the hate,?The issue I have is Twitter news which we all know is 100% accurate, 100% of the time.  How do we know this?  POTUS says so.  You can only find Fake News on CNN and NBC.

Quite clear that licence to cultivate and grow was issued April 10, 2017.
