ROE and IFR are pretty similar right now in that neither has really proven a lot. ROE has way bigger upside with the Upper Jurassic. 

ROE is either going way way up or stay here or down...all about the upper jurassic shale which has gigantic potential (remember to always ask "Why is LukeOil involved here?")
