RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:April 16, 2014...Agree with you Cheung, ROE's prospects are much brighter due to thier sizable land position, IFR has only one small block. The flip side is IFR has about a third of the shares out compared to ROE but IFR has only the one block. My metric is simple, oil is up over 50% and both these companys are down about 50% from thier highs in the same period, markets usually don't lie.
