RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:April 16, 2014...anymuse - you are right. Both ROE and IFR have not performed well for investors. IFR doesn't have the huge potential - waste of time investing in that. If you invest in junior oil companies you want the upside to be massive...otherwise invest in big oil and collect the dividend 

Many issues outside of ROE's control but management indicates they are working hard. 

It is all the upper jurassic...make or break for the company. Time they perform. 

But the potential is gigantic....not $1 stock...much higher
