Hear!  Hear!  Yes, this is the case.

When the psycho EO stirs up the muck all sorts of "creatures" will get churned up with it.  It thus takes a period for the toxic mess he has created to settle down.

This does in fact create a buying opportunity for those who can rise above the fray and who see the potential of Alexandria's properties.  They will calmly and unemotionally enter buy orders while the nervous Nellies are losing their valuable shares through inadvisable sell orders.

But ever was it thus.  This is how those who have gotten wealthy in the junior gold explorers have made their fortunes.  They have watched for emotional situations such as this to arise and if the properties involved had value, they bought, waited for the racket and emotionalism to stabilize, and as the company went about doing what it could not while the miscreants of management muddied the water, they simply waited patiently for the market to recognize the value they had tapped into and when the time was right, they sold shares which now were worth a multiple of what they were worth when the company was in turmoil.

I submit to you the smart money is buying right now as the dumb money gets swindled out of their shares.

But the, the terms "smart money" and "dumb money" exist for a reason . . .
