If I remember right, Cougar was supposed to submit its chargesheet by June end. and DNI subsequently will have 60 days to file its response by August end.

The hearings if it gets to that will start by Sep 24th and the final judgement will be delivered by Sep 28th.

Now the onus is on Cougar to prove that DNI committed a crime and that will be difficult bcos they never kept up their terms of the deal incluiding the payment they were supposed to make to DNI of $ 500,000.... maybe they have raised the capital now for this purpose.

If the judge goes by the letter & spirit of the law then Cougar will get nothing out of this arbitration... but one never really knows these days. Esp in Canada that seems tobe dominated by the liberals these days.
