Rocket777 I will explain my style and my point.  When a new opportunity comes are way (this relates to early stage opportunities) with a focus on being the first in before it hits the street.   We take a nible just so that its on the radar forcing us to follow it.  This stage  gets my attention on the screen.   often at this stage I notice press releases coming out and don't even read them at first.   Don't care about day to day stock moves unless something with volume or price catch our attention.  VIllage Farms was ground floor for us last July when first brought to our attention in a meeting,  August another meeting it was brought up again and we took a nible.   By November we had a nible of $12,000 go to over $600,000 of personal money in, never mind managed funds.  A TD fund manager was the first to introduce it to us.    We participated in first bought deal introduced various opportunities and have become very active investors using our network in helping the company view opportunities first.  Read my posts under VFF and you will see how active we are once in.  Due diligence cost me over $20,000.  takes time to get there.   IDK is a nible for us now simply because of Sheldon leading it.   He has credibilty with me in the tech space.   Like the risk diversity and opportunities at ground floor.  You can't find many this early in the game.

Now we start to pay attention to various companies in the stable as we see information or comments coming out.   Time to look a liitlle further into Gratomic.  Should we take a piece of it?  Goldspot do we take a piece when public?   to early for me other than participating through IDK.   Two fund managers bought the stock personally 100K just because I did.  every now and then when we talk its "Robert" just let me know if anything interesting develops.   The Gratomics and Goldspots start to get attention when I get calls from some of the streets biggest players asking me why I'm here is this just a mirror of SX.   Everyone asking me thought thats all IDK had an interest in.   After 30 years of experince on the street there are no unknown dynamics, risks, opinions I can't access with one phone call in the right direction (professional behaviour and respect for ones accomplishment are keys to success).   I gets serious attention when we fly to the mine producing graphite and visit the partner in London.   Thats money spent only when we get to that stage.   Before the Village farms bought deal I ask in a meeting of colleagues has anybody flown out to Delta B.C to see the Greenhouse?  I was shocked when everone said no.  As a group close to $20Million and nobody spent $2,500 to go there.  I booked a flight the next day for a suprise visit.   Smart money dove in deeper after that visit.    Thats how I roll and failures are the natural course and expectations within IDK type portfolio.  It will happen for what ever reasons.  The potential winners that start to emerge dictate our decisions and whether we stay or go,  whether we bring it to other players to look at.

Sheldon has everything I look for, respect from me for his accomplishments and a supportors who understands how he initially finances various companies at this stage accepting  that the upside is something average investors would be lucky to have once in a lifetime at this stage.   My book version to your answer publicly.  Two players now in both said I'm a little skeptical until I mentioned a few things, I won't here, saying Oh yeah I rememeber that and this.   Balanced view.   I got rid of the trolls long ago on VFF  challenging them there with facts and giving something I hoped levels the playing field for the little guy.   I first bought IDK at $0.41 nobody hears me crying or whining here averaging down is one tool.   Nobody knows where a stocks price can go for  certainty.   On vacation up North and back in September losing no sleep over IDK.   Checking in now and then.

Sheldon has my support and developments are up to the companies invested in before I tell a few to nible with my name on it.

To early to make any statements on Gratomic or Goldspot other than they are probably at prices that only have upside from here now.

I will only engage in meaningfull debate here going forward.   there is no value here for me other than responses from those who appreciate a perspective from someone who statarted as a security guard at the TSE 31 years ago.
