Yes, I remember you mentioning this to me before - that you sent an email and didn't get a reply. Discouraging after taking the time to send something. I guess there's some consolation in knowing that you expressed your feelings on the matter even if you didn't get a message back.
My feeling is that if a shareholder is unhappy enough to vote "no" to the option plan that they should at least take the time to send an email explaining why so that the rationale behind their vote is being communicated. If you want to push the management in a certain direction it's got to be clear what direction that is and why. That's all. Simply voting "no" is doing half the job.
