Dont listen to these idiot bashers. You really should do enough dd yourself to answer your questions instead posting a question on stockhouse. Too many people on here that just manipulate their answers to fit their own agendas. 

You can invest in a pp without being an accredited investor. The company just has to provide an OM(Offering Memerandum) Exemption. You can invest any amount under this Offering. There is no minimum.
