That Cougar SHOULD lose is undeniable... messed up on whats fairly starighforward work. Very little geological complexities. 

A strict ready of contract has to mean that Cougar gets nothng out of this arbitration and is asked to pay the legal fees for DNI as well. 

All this worker arrest etc etc is hogwash.... and I hope the adjudicator sees it as such!!!

Sorry Randal, you are nothing more than a disgruntled ex driller fired for incompetence, and you are just seeking revenge with this arbitration, that you will lose big time. You should have moved on and tried to re build what is left of your company, instead you have ruined it even more. Just all my humble opinion
