RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:There is now an alternative I am not suggesting management is posting, I was simply trying to make the point that "we" don't know, but management does. The QP does not own the report, the company does. Management is accountable for the report. BCSC did not speak with IOS, they spoke with the company. That is how this works. The BCSC has nothing to do with the QP. If the QP is found to be at fault, then the association of professional engineers, geoscientists if whatever jurisdiction the QP operates from will take the appropriate action. In this case IOS is domiciled in Quebec. The BCSC would have made a determination and would have informed management of the decision to refuse the report, and on what grounds that refusal was made. How do I know this? Because I have familiarity with QP's, public companies, and the BCSC both as an educated investor and as a participant in the mining industry.
