If you include warrants, options etc, there are about 108.7M LEAF shares that will be redeem at a 3.575 ratio so 388.6M ACB shares are going to be issued to dilute the existing 565M ACB shares to 953.6M shares.

At today's price 953.6*$9.13=$8.7B in market cap.

At $10 ACB = $9.53B market cap

At $11 ACB = $10.5 B
At $12 ACB = $11.4B market cap and so forth

ACB is a good trade long at this point but unless you are short term watching the chart, any failure to execute will wipe out shareholders.
