RE:Jared1111......Timelines I agree with everything you're saying.
I also think there have been legitimate reasons for most of their delays. The main reason that I feel like it might be time to jump ship if they don't make some significant progress in the next 6 weeks is because I feel like there are no more reasons for delays once Adelanto adult rec is legal on friday.
The transport license is still up in the air, but they have a distributor, so they can ship product now.
They've got all of their licenses (aside from transport) and permits in order.
They've got their new patent submitted, so they should be able to produce strips immediately once rec is legalized. For all I know they might be producing now and can ship as of friday.
I'm expecting more delays with their facility addition because I imagine there will be a lot of waiting on inspections and permits from the state, county, and municipality.
To be honest, it's sounded this way before, but I do think that as of Friday there shouldn't be any more restrictions preventing them from going into full production.
That being said, here's how I'm hoping the next little while goes.
- Tomorrow or wednesday we get news about the gas line. Remember, from what we've been told, the gas line is what's holding up the nursery from being operational.
- While it may be in the same news release as the gas line, I'm expecting news on the nursery shortly after the gas line news.
- On friday, I imagine we'll get some kind of news release regarding Adelanto allowing adult rec to be produced, sold, and shipped.
- If the information about the new cannastrip patent being filed is true, we should get news about the cannastrips being in production on the same day as Adelanto's adult rec legalization, or monday.
- If the initial NR on cannastrips is just about production beggining, I would expect a news release shortly after about the product actually shipping. I imagine we'll get revuer mentioned in these releases as well.
- I've been told the cannastrip and revuer websites will be updated once the products are both shipping and in full production, so whether there's a news release about that or not, it would be great to see new websites. Their current ones are pretty bad. Revuer in particular is inexcusibly awful.
- Some time next week, I'm hoping we'll get news about the 300 litre order being delivered and paid for. Hopefully they'll mention the sale price for the 300 litres. Realistically, this may not happen until early next month, but I'm still hopefull they'll get the order filled before the end of the month and we get a revenue report in early July. It would also be a bit concerning if it takes them until July to fill a 300 litre order they announce on may 10th. To be honest, it's already a bit concerning how long it's taken.
- I'm also hoping for a news release regarding the start of construction on the facility expansion.
- First week of July, I'm hoping we get news about LDS completing their facility modifications and being able to produce over 1300 litres per month.
- Immediately following that news release, I'd expect a news release announcing the 1000 litre per month LOI is now a PO.
- Once they're producing 1300 litres per month and are able to fill those orders, I'm expecting there to be more news releases regarding LOI's to purchase oil from LDS once they've completed their facility expansion and are capable of producing 3000 litres per month. Although, we're supposedly 2-3 months from the facility being able to handle that amount, so I'm not necessarily expecting new orders to be announced any time soon.
Obviously this is all speculative, but based on news releases and my conversations with IR, I don't think this is an unrealistic forecast for the next 2-3 weeks. That being said, it is LDS, so it could be a while before any of these things get done and we hear about it.
If the next 3 weeks are anything like this though, in particular the 300 litres being paid for, this stock is going to start a run that shouldn't stop any time soon. If LDS can deliver on their new business plan, this stock might not stop running for a very long time.
We COULD finally be at the start of something really amazing. Hopefully we're not in for more let downs any time soon.
